Ctrack, in collaboration with the Youth Employment Service (YES), is offering a 12-month opportunity for unemployed South African youth as part of the YES4Youth programme. The aim is to empower youth by providing them with essential skills and meaningful work experience in a professional environment. Selected candidates will work as Receptionists, supporting daily front office operations and contributing to organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests
• Direct visitors to the appropriate departments
• Handle incoming calls and forward appropriately
• Maintain a clean, presentable, and organized reception area
• Provide accurate information in-person or via phone/email
• Sort and distribute mail and deliveries
• Enforce safety procedures at reception (e

• , monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
• Order and manage front office supplies
• Schedule meetings and update calendars
• Assist with travel arrangements
• Keep records of office expenses and costs
• Perform general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and faxing

Qualifications

• South African citizen
• Between the ages of 18 and 29
• Must be unemployed and not have participated in the YES programme before
• Reside close to the workplace (Centurion)
• Grade 12 is the highest qualification required
• A qualification relevant to reception/admin would be an added advantage
• No criminal record
• Must be available to start work on 1 May 2025
